Should seats in Congress be determined by counting noncitizens in the 2030 U.S. Census?
Noncitizens cannot LEGALLY vote in federal elections, but counting them when dividing House seats among states gives their numbers a role in deciding how much representation each state receives in Congress.
American political representation should be based on American citizens!
Effective for the next Census, you can tell the Census Bureau:
- Include a citizenship question.
- Count people accurately.
- Assign House seats based on U.S. citizens only
Speak up before October 13. DEADLINE EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 2nd:
1. Open the Federal Register proposal-link in comments ⬇️
2. Click “Submit a public comment,”
3. Write your comment and submit.
